Spray-N-Shine Carwash
Lakeside purchased a local car wash with a long-term plan in mind. Throughout the first year, significant improvements were made to the operations and management of the asset. With these preliminary changes, we saw production double and revenue maximized, creating a significant cash flow from a small investment. After almost five years of owning and operating the car wash, we had the opportunity to sell the business for twice its original purchase value.

Landmark Project
Lakeside is nearing completion of a landmark project for our company. In 2018, we acquired a 5,000 square foot building, which we redeveloped to serve as our new headquarters. Within three years, we quickly adapted to our company’s growth and embarked on an additional 12,000 square foot of office expansion. To support this new development, we acquired the adjacent 2-acre parcel featuring an existing storage complex and undeveloped land.
As of 2024, we successfully completed the construction of our new headquarters, enhanced the mini storage facility, and are actively planning the final phases of development on the remaining land. Upon completion, This property will offer a variety of intentional uses.
