Project Details
Acquired two commercial lots in two phases:
- In 2019, a parcel with a 5,500 SF restaurant building.
- In 2021, the second parcel was acquired which included a 55-unit mini-storage facility, and ~1 acre of undeveloped land.
Phase I (2019)
Transformed a former restaurant into an office space.
Phase II (2023)
Renovation of the existing structure and construction of an 12,000 SF office addition to serve as the new headquarters for OpenRoad Global.
Phase III (In-Progress)
Development of an 18-unit multi-family complex.
Phase IV (Planned)
Develop additional office/retail space on the remaining parcel.
